Christian Harrison recently had his PhD project featured on Reuters!

Christian Harrison, based at UCL and supervised by Professor Richard Day recently had his PhD project featured in a short video by Reuters news agency! 

“Our research into recycling brewing waste to make biomaterials for cultivated or 'lab-grown' meat recently received some media attention. Cultivated meat could offer a more sustainable and ethical source of protein, and our technology could help improve its affordability and texture. It's great to be able to communicate our work to a wider audience.”
